You start in a short hallway. Follow it until you reach the outdoor area, beware of a Skaarj who will leap down from above. Kill it and continue through a gap in the tall stone walls to your left. A small village surrounds a well ahead. Investigate all four houses, watching for a swarm of flies that attacks after you visit the first house. One house contains a fly and another a Skaarj, but all have useful items, make sure you look upstairs. Next proceed up the hill toward the Abbey. The area outside contains Healing Fruit and Clips. There is a Skaarj standing on top of the Abbey and another guarding the entrance. Kill them and enter, inside you’ll find an altar with a Nali. Collect the Assault Vest from behind the altar and follow the Nali to a secret door on the other side of the room. Go through the doorway and up the stairs. Jump across a short opening to a balcony and go up a lift that leads to the belfry, which contains a Flak Cannon and shells.
Return downstairs and out through the front door. Some flies and Skaarj will attack, go through the doorway that leads to the graveyard and deal with any remaining enemy. Proceed to the back of the graveyard and look for a raised button on the back of a gravestone, collecting all the gear you can find. Press the button to make a tombstone slide away revealing a tunnel leading downstairs to a watery cavern. Follow the path through the cavern, watch out for Sliths and Tentacles. At the end of the path is a water filled tunnel. Kill the Tentacle and swim down the tunnel to a dead end with lots of ammunition. If you look up at this point you may realise that you are at the bottom of the village well. Shoot the wooden crossbars at the top of the well to make the Super Health Pack drop, collect it, then return to the ground and leave the Abbey area. Pass the village and go across the countryside to a lake. Kill the Skaarj and cross the makeshift bridge. Across the bridge is a small entry building, kill the guard and proceed through the large doors to end the level.
